Wiffy Raises USD 3 Million In Series A Led By Earth Fund
The Bengaluru-based company has raised USD 3 million in a Series A funding round led by Earth Fund, with participation from Japan’s Persol Holdings and existing investor Capria Ventures. The company plans to use the capital to expand its technology platform, strengthen AI-powered workforce management, deepen enterprise partnerships, and expand into new categories.
Wiffy provides post-sales installation and field services for home improvement and consumer durables brands. It says it works with more than 100 brands and enterprise partners, including IKEA, Panasonic, Godrej, Hettich, and Amazon.
The company has built a network of more than 5,000 certified technicians and operates an AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to manage technician scheduling, deployment, and quality assurance. The post-sale problem is becoming a technology problem
