We have reached a distinct turning point in the enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence. The initial period of breathless experimentation, marked by rapid proofs-of-concept, novel chatbots, and isolated productivity gains, is giving way to a far more demanding phase. Executive leadership teams across telecommunications, infrastructure, and financial sectors are no longer asking what artificial intelligence can do in theory.
