Folks, we have a maddening enterprise puzzle to solve. On the one hand, there is the vague blandness of "trust." As in: "enterprises buy from vendors they trust" - a totally useless, mind-numbing cliche.
On the other, has trust ever been more important as a buying criteria than it is for AI software/services? Potent upside? Perhaps - but you're not getting that upside without embedding or fusing AI into mission-critical processes. And therein lies the risk.
When yet another vendor tells you "we build trustworthy AI," our eyes glaze over - and our BS detector goes off once again.
