UNESCO partners with Coursera and launches free AI ethics course for learners and institutions worldwide
Coursera, a leading global online learning platform, welcomed UNESCO, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, to its platform with the launch of UNESCO’s first free course, the Global MOOC on the Ethics of AI, developed in collaboration with LG AI Research.
UNESCO has defined standards for responsible AI usage with the first global framework on AI ethics, endorsed by 193 countries. As AI adoption accelerates, this course helps learners and institutions put those principles into action and strengthen ethical decision-making on a global scale.
