UiPath's Maestro Case takes orchestration into chaotic work – and an Australian telecom is eight months in
UiPath announced Maestro Case on 16 June, the latest extension of its orchestration capability into business processes that don't behave themselves. The headline numbers from the announcement are strong – 60-80% reduction in case handling time, three-to-five times more cases resolved without human intervention, $12 million in projected annual savings at one financial services adopter.
Two kinds of business work happen in every enterprise. The first kind follows fixed paths.
