Trupeer AI: Turning Enterprise Workflows Into Searchable Knowledge

As enterprises deploy more applications, automate processes and experiment with AI agents, a less visible challenge is becoming increasingly important: how organisations capture the knowledge behind the way work actually gets done.

Much of that operational knowledge still sits across calls, screen recordings, internal documents and individual employees. Trupeer AI is approaching the problem by turning workflow recordings into videos and structured documentation, while also creating a searchable record of the underlying process. In this conversation with CIOL, Shivali Goyal, CEO of Trupeer AI, discusses why enterprise documentation remains difficult, how AI can change knowledge capture, and the company's journey from content generation towards building a knowledge layer for workflows.
