Trump Phone Will Finally Ship This Week, CEO Says
The golden Trump phone is finally shipping this week to people who preordered it, according to an emailed statement from Trump Mobile CEO Pat O'Brien, as reported earlier by USA Today.
Trump Mobile expects phones to be delivered within the next few weeks after months-long production delays.
"The technology business is more difficult than some may realize, as parts must be tested for quality assurances," O'Brien said in a statement emailed to CNET. "We have experienced delays during a variety of steps in getting the T1 to completion, but those delays were worth it in our minds as we are delivering an amazing product."
