Top Goldman Sachs executive says new workers will be managing 'virtual army' of AI from the moment they start

Goldman Sachs exec Kevin Sneader has shared (via Bloomberg) how he believes AI could change jobs in banking, and it doesn't necessarily mean that junior workers will be at a loss for jobs.

Instead, Sneader believes that new employees will take on management responsibility immediately, rather than waiting years for promotions.

Previously, young workers would have spent the first few years performing administrative work before progressing into management positions, but rather than progressing into managing humans, junior workers will now start off managing AI.
