The days of so-called tokenmaxxing might now be behind us, generally regarded as a bad thing rather than the jolly game it was only a few months ago, but Ramaswamy acknowledges that are cost pressures on all organizations and he can empathize:
Obviously there are strategic things like, ‘Hey don’t spend too much on AI!’. That’s a problem that we deal with like everybody else. The fact that we can spread our traffic across models both from OpenAI and from Anthropic and we also use open source models, these are the things that our customers want.
