This Y2K-Styled Music Sequencer Lives on the Wrist

Creating music is always difficult, but sequencers can make the process somewhat accessible to those of us who lack talent. For each beat, you simply select a sound to store at that position (like a 440Hz square wave “A” note). Play it back and you’ll hear all of the sounds in sequence! If that seems like the kind of music production you can handle, you’ll want to check out 3DSage’s very cool Y2K-styled music sequencer.

This isn’t 3DSage’s first time building a music sequencer, but he’s learned a lot since his last one and this new design incorporates many improvements and aesthetic features. Most obviously, it has a retro clear Y2K-style enclosure that hits that nostalgia sweet spot right now. The outside is 3D-printed transparent PETG, so you can see the electronic components inside.
