I’m a big proponent of not being hot, which means I make ample use of handheld fans whenever I can—sporting events, walks, on the couch as a passive-aggressive way to tell my husband it's time to turn on the AC. Sometimes, though, one needs their hands for other things, which is where a neck fan comes in.
I’ve tried multiple models over the years, and this lightweight design from JisuLife is my favorite—it’s easy to wear, the fan noise isn’t too loud, and it’s on sale right now.
