This mechanical keyboard I tested offers a lot for a little — but it’s in desperate need of wrist support
The Keychron K8 Ultra 8K offers a solid build, hot-swappable mechanical switches, and multiple wireless connectivity options. It also performs quite well, as you might imagine given the spec. However, the keys don’t have the smoothest action, and their wide spacing can make gaming and typing uncomfortable, as does the thick chassis. If paired with a wrist rest, it makes for an easier time, and considering its relatively low price, the K8 Ultra 8K still makes for good value.
