The Samsung Galaxy S26 is a supremely well-rounded phone — but I still wouldn't pay full price for it
The Galaxy S26 is the cheapest of Samsung's 2026 S-series lineup, but it's still a mighty capable flagship phone. It has a stellar display, long battery life, a tweaked design, and power enough to breeze through daily tasks. At $899 / £879 / AU$1,349, though, you should only buy it when it's on sale. There are plenty of alternatives that are as good as, if not better than, this phone for less.
Pros
- +Long battery life
- +Great-looking display
- +Camera setup is reliable
- +Storage starts at 256GB
Cons
- -The price increase hurts
- -25W charging is too slow
- -Full Qi2 support requires a case
- -Gets hot during intense tasks
