The Rorra Water Filter Is as Stylish as It Is Functional

After testing several water filters, I learned that power performance counts for a lot, but it isn’t everything. It seemed foolish not to recognize the AquaTru Carafe reverse osmosis system as the best overall countertop model, given its rigorous, regulatory-body-certified removal of lead, copper, microplastics, forever chemicals, and emerging contaminants.

But there is a gray area when it comes to water filtration, and what works best for some may not work best for all. AquaTru’s powerhouse filter, impressive as it proved to be, isn’t the one I wanted on my own counter. The truth is, I don’t love plastic and RO systems are mostly made of it. They also strip everything from water (by design), which can leave it tasting bland.
