The Popular Chitu PlateCycler Is Coming to the Bambu A1
Chitu’s PlateCycler C1M proved to be a breakout hit, as it turned the Bambu Lab A1 Mini into an efficient manufacturing system at a very affordable price point. It was one of the most innovative 3D printing products to hit the market in recent years and I think it took us all by surprise. There was only one problem: it wasn’t compatible with other 3D printers. That’s why I’m happy to share that Chitu Systems is launching a new version of the PlateCycler for the Bambu Lab A1.
The PlateCycler C1 is, like the C1M, a completely mechanical system for automating build plate swaps. It lets the Bambu Lab A1 3D printer eject the finished build plate and load a new plate, so it can keep churning out printed parts. It is like running a factory on your desk, because the printer can just go on and on without interruption.
