The KitchenAid KF2 might be the company's entry-level automatic coffee machine, but I think its unique feature makes it the most desirable

The KitchenAid KF2 Fully Automatic Espresso Machine is a great option for small households or homes with smaller kitchens. While its list of coffee drink presets isn’t as extensive as some other fully auto machines, it nails the basics of espresso and coffee. Milk-based coffee drinkers will appreciate the steam wand, as it makes foaming all styles of milk a seamless process. Iced coffee drinks leave a lot to be desired, and it’s only available in a black color finish, but otherwise this is a terrific little espresso machine.

Pros

  • +Well-extracted espresso
  • +Compact size will suit most kitchens
  • +Steam wand is great for foaming milk
  • +Simple controls
  • +Easy to maintain

Cons

  • -No user profiles
  • -Limited drinks menu
  • -Iced coffee not as cold as some might like
