The Importance of Scheduling in Construction - Connected World

Fall has always been one of my favorite times of year. Partly, because of the beautiful colors we have here in the Midwest, but I also love the fresh start—the new routines, fuller calendars, earlier mornings, and more predictable evenings. Most of all, I love the opportunity to reset after summer. September brings routines back into focus and gives a natural opportunity to think about what worked, what didn’t, and what habits and schedules we want to carry into the months ahead. I think there’s a lot we can learn from that when it comes to construction.

Projects are built around schedules, but scheduling is about much more than putting dates on a Gantt chart or identifying a completion date.
