The Hoover HF3 DynamicClean is a solid cordless stick option when it comes to the best budget vacuums. Not only does it punch well above its weight when it comes to suction, it's also light, easy to steer, and its anti-hair wrap tech saves you a job of detangling from the brush roller. However, the battery life is the obvious compromise, with the headline 60 minutes only achievable in Eco mode. Real-world use on standard or turbo settings won't get you through a full house in one go. It also feels a little cheap and plasticky in places, but at its current discounted price, it’s hard to argue with what you get for the money.
