TechGirl Festival is a winner
As you enter the West Stand Millennium Gate of Stamford Bridge football ground in Chelsea, London, images of the stars of Chelsea Football Club Women welcome you. On a summer’s day, a new side of female talent entered those hallowed gates and the stadium that has seen numerous victories for the women's and men’s sides. The 2026 TechGirl Festival, run by the HotTopics C-suite community, featured 75 talented young women who would be mentored by digital leaders from our shared networks.
The TechGirl Festival follows a hackathon format with teams of three working with a single mentor on a challenge that is set down on the table. The 75 attendees ranged from those completing a Master's to students who had recently collected their A-Level and GCSE results.
