Team '26 Europe - CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes makes the pitch for Atlassian to be seen as a top-tier vendor
Atlassian co-founder and CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes is in a bullish mood at this week’s Atlassian Team 26 Europe, in Amsterdam. Not only did he declare Atlassian's Context Graph to be arguably the best in the world, he also discussed the company’s position as one of the top five strategic vendors. This was amongst a raft of strong product and strategy announcements, and news of an extended development alliance with OpenAI.
He says many organizations do not understand how critical some of their Atlassian implementations have become. It’s all about perception. He explains:
We are critical to how so many businesses operate, not just how they collaborate, but how they operate, and increasingly so as we get baked into more and more critical workflows in the business. But that doesn't mean they see us that way.
