Swiggy Appoints Ex Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha to Head Instamart

Swiggy appoints former Myntra Chief Executive Officer Nandita Sinha as the Chief Executive Officer of Instamart, its quick commerce business, marking a leadership transition as competition in India's fast-growing rapid delivery market continues to intensify. She will assume the role on August 3, succeeding Amitesh Jha, who is stepping down after leading the business through a key phase of expansion.

According to Swiggy, Sinha will lead Instamart's next phase of growth, with a focus on expanding its product range, sustaining growth, improving profitability and strengthening the customer experience.

Announcing the appointment, Sriharsha Majety, Managing Director and Group CEO of Swiggy, said Sinha's experience would help guide Instamart through its next phase. "Nandita is one of India's most accomplished consumer internet leaders, and I'm enthusiastic about the vision, customer obsession and operational rigor she brings to the team we've built at Instamart."
