Sony's 2028 PlayStation Disc Plan May Be Cracking Under Pressure

Fans of physical game releases, don't give up hope yet, because there are rays of sunshine peeking through the dark clouds of the all-digital future. First, it got out that Microsoft was surveying fans about supporting game discs with its next generation console, Project Helix. Now it looks as if Sony has sent a similar survey to game developers, and like the Microsoft survey, it apparently also contains a question regarding the viability of game discs.
