ServiceNow Q2 2026 - AI ACV passes $1 billion as Zavery says governance is 'opening up new doors'

ServiceNow has delivered a strong set of Q2 2026 results, beating the high end of its guidance across all topline growth and profitability metrics - with AI Annual Contract Value (ACV) passing $1 billion for the quarter.

Subscription revenues came in at $3.877 billion, up 24.5% year-on-year, 150 basis points above the top end of guidance. Current Remaining Performance Obligations (cRPO) reached $13.20 billion, up 21%, beating guidance by 200 basis points, whilst total RPO reached $29 billion.

Non-GAAP operating margin was 29.5%, some 300 basis points above guidance and there were 123 transactions worth over $1 million in net new ACV, up nearly 40% year-on-year, whilst 658 customers now spend more than $5 million in ACV, an increase of approximately 23%.

ServiceNow has also raised its full-year subscription revenue guidance to between $15.760 billion and $15.780 billion.
