SentinelOne expands Wayfinder Frontier AI Services with OpenAI models
SentinelOne has expanded its Wayfinder Frontier AI Services with new code risk analysis and compromise assessment capabilities powered by frontier AI models from OpenAI.
The company said the expanded services will use OpenAI’s GPT-5.6-Cyber alongside SentinelOne’s existing models to help identify exploitable risks, assess potential compromises and analyse malware.
The AI-powered code risk analysis capability scans customer repositories for vulnerabilities, malicious code implants, exposed secrets and supply-chain risks. Where a potentially malicious sample is identified, AI-assisted workflows can support disassembly and deobfuscation, combining static and sandbox analysis to assess its capabilities, persistence and command-and-control activity.
The compromise assessment capability analyses security telemetry against detection rules to identify potential gaps, including risks associated with VPNs and proxies, remote-management tools and other dual-use software. Findings are ranked by exploitability and validated by SentinelOne’s security analysts.
“Attackers are increasingly using AI to find and exploit weaknesses with greater speed and scale,” said Steve...
