Schreiber Foods Brings Agentic AI Into ERP, Food Safety and Global Operations
Agentic AI is beginning to move beyond coding assistants and isolated enterprise pilots into operational workflows where decisions can affect manufacturing, supply chains and customer service. Schreiber Foods is taking that shift into the food industry through a multi-year partnership with Ascendion that will bring AI agents into its global technology operations.
The engagement will span Schreiber Foods' capability centers in the United States, Mexico, India, Spain and Poland, with AI expected to support areas ranging from software development and ERP modernization to food-safety signals and plant-floor decision-making.
Schreiber Foods operates more than 40 locations across five continents and supplies cheese, yogurt, beverages and other food products to customers in more than 95 countries. Its global technology operations support more than 10,000 employee-partners.
