Saviynt has crossed $300 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) while launching Zuma, a new AI identity security platform aimed at helping enterprises manage AI agents, non-human identities, and AI-powered applications.
The company said new customer acquisitions grew by more than 80%, while customer retention remained at 96%, reflecting growing enterprise demand for identity security built for AI environments.
Identity Security Is Entering A New Phase
Identity and access management has traditionally focused on employees, contractors, and business partners. But enterprise AI is changing that model as AI agents increasingly make decisions, access sensitive systems, and perform automated tasks with minimal human intervention.
According to Saviynt, many organizations now struggle to answer fundamental operational questions: Where are AI agents deployed? Who owns them? What systems can they access? And how are their actions governed?
