Samsung’s First Credit Card Launches in the US
Right on time for Wednesday’s Galaxy Unpacked unveiling of new products, Samsung has unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Card, its first branded credit card designed to turn everyday spending into cash rewards — especially for those who shop frequently within the Galaxy ecosystem. The card launches as both a digital experience in Samsung Wallet and a physical metal card that features a black Samsung logo.
The Galaxy Card is issued by Barclays US Consumer Bank on the Visa network, with applications opening on Wednesday. A limited-time incentive is also available, allowing cardholders to earn $200 in bonus cash rewards after spending $2,000 within the first 90 days of account opening.
