Salesforce, Vivekananda Hospital Collaborate on AI-Driven Healthcare Platform

Salesforce, a customer relationship management (CRM) software company, has partnered with Kolkata-based Vivekananda Hospital Pvt. Ltd. (VHPL) to deploy an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered patient engagement platform aimed at connecting patient interactions, clinical information and outreach programmes on a single digital system.

Built on Salesforce's Agentforce 360 Platform and integrated with the hospital's Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), the platform is designed to provide healthcare teams with a unified view of patient and doctor information while streamlining patient enquiries, outreach campaigns and operational workflows.

The implementation includes Patient 360, Doctor 360, Beat Planning and Campaign Management capabilities, enabling hospital staff to manage patient engagement from initial enquiries through ongoing interactions. Automated workflows will capture, route and track patient enquiries, while real-time dashboards will provide visibility into outreach activities and campaign performance.
