Salesforce to Power FIFA World Cup Operations and Fan Engagement
Salesforce has become an Official Tournament Supporter of the FIFA World Cup 2026 and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027, in a partnership focused on tournament operations, stakeholder coordination and AI-driven fan engagement.
The company will deploy technology from its Agentforce 360 portfolio, including Slack, across the two tournaments.
The FIFA World Cup 2026 will take place across Canada, Mexico and the United States, while Brazil will host the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027.
The 2026 tournament will feature 48 teams and matches across 16 host cities, making it the largest edition of the men’s World Cup.
