Salesforce Connections 2026 - SEO is out and GEO is here. But can commerce brands up their game?
I have a grouchy high bar for vendor value. This spring, I wanted enterprise software vendors to pull off two things at events:
- Present an energizing vision for customers to rally around, not a tokenmaxxing workplace dystopia.
- Show them how to get there, and where the rough edges are in that adventure. Proof points for where the AI results (and ROI) can be found doesn't hurt either.
When it comes to the event keynotes, I haven't seen a single vendor pull it off. How did Salesforce do at their 2026 Connections keynote opener? Well, for my full reaction, you can see the replay of the CRM Playaz Watch Party, including yours truly.
