A spotlight security camera is an interesting hybrid device. In addition to a powerful cam, it includes LED panels for illumination, without the sometimes stringent requirements of a floodlight security camera. These spotlight cameras are something of a specialty for Amazon Ring, and its latest 2026 battery version ($170) is the best I’ve tested.
