IT Voice- Could you tell us more about yourself and your association with TSC?
Jeffrey Chen-I have been associated with TSC for eight years and currently serve as the APAC Sales Engineering Manager. My primary responsibility is to promote our RFID solutions, barcode inspection solutions, and print and apply solutions.
The reason we are focusing on these three areas is because digitalization and automation are major trends shaping businesses today. Digitalization allows companies to collect data from data carriers and use algorithms or AI to convert that data into intelligent, data-driven information. This helps business owners make intelligent, accurate, and informed decisions instead of relying on guesswork.
