Redefining Leadership in an Era of Distributed Intelligence

We are building organizations that can increasingly sense, analyze, predict, decide, coordinate, communicate, and act without waiting for a human being to perform each step. Artificial intelligence is accelerating this shift, but the larger story is not simply about AI. It is about what happens when intelligence, capability, speed, and autonomy become distributed throughout the systems we depend on to run businesses, institutions, economies, and increasingly our everyday lives.

That changes the leadership question. The challenge ahead is not merely learning how to use more powerful technologies. It is deciding what all this new capability should be used for, where authority should reside, what humans should remain responsible for, and what kind of organizations and societies we are creating along the way.
