Reclaiming the Mind: Cognitive Sovereignty in the Age of AI

Most of us have a ritual we are not particularly proud of. The alarm goes off, and before our feet hit the floor, before we have brushed our teeth or registered what day it is, the phone is already in our hand. Emails from the previous night, WhatsApp threads that ran while we slept, notifications from apps that were apparently very busy without us. The morning, which used to belong to us, has already been handed over to everyone else’s urgency before we have drawn a single conscious breath.

This is not a discipline problem. It is an architecture problem, and it was designed this way.
