Ramco Systems Appoints Sandesh Bilagi As CEO

Ramco Systems has named company veteran Sandesh Bilagi as its Chief Executive Officer, signalling a leadership transition centred on operational continuity and AI-led growth rather than a strategic reset.

Bilagi, who previously served as president and chief operating officer, will assume the role after leading the company's operational turnaround, helping Ramco deliver six consecutive quarters of operational profit through FY2026.

Leadership Shift Comes After Operational Recovery

The appointment reflects Ramco's effort to build on the financial stability it has achieved over the past several quarters.

Bilagi has spent more than two decades with the enterprise software company and played multiple leadership roles across sales, delivery and operations. He founded Ramco's Australia and New Zealand business, which has since become one of the company's strongest international markets. He also guided operations through two leadership transitions and the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
