Qualys Launches Real-Time CSPM for Faster Cloud Risk Detection
Qualys, a leading provider of cloud-based IT, security and compliance solutions, has introduced Real-Time Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM). Integrated directly into the Qualys Enterprise TruRisk Platform, this new capability continuously monitors cloud environments, instantly detects changes as they happen, and provides contextual risk insights and remediation guidance.
As organisations increasingly adopt multi-cloud infrastructures across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments, their IT infrastructure is changing constantly. New cloud resources can be added, access permissions modified, and workloads moved or scaled within minutes. However, many security teams still rely on traditional CSPM tools that use periodic security scans that run every few hours or days, creating a gap between when a risk emerges and when it is detected.
