Qualcomm Adds New Dragonwing Chips to Its Intelligent Internet of Things Portfolio: Q-2390, IQ-2390
Qualcomm has announced two new entries in its Dragonwing system-on-chip family, the Dragonwing Q-2390 and IQ-2390 — targeting "intelligently connected devices" on the Internet of Things (IoT).
"With the Dragonwing Q-2390 and IQ-2390 processors, we're enabling intelligence to scale across a much broader range of devices, from retail systems, smart appliances, and consumer robots to industrial controllers, machine vision systems, and critical infrastructure," claims Qualcomm's Jeff Arnold of the company's latest chips. "Together, these platforms help bring advanced edge AI [Artificial Intelligence] within reach of more customers and more industries than ever before."
