Pinch Is a 32-Bit Arduino-Compatible Dev Board That is Practically Microscopic
You have no shortage of choice when it comes to microcontroller development boards (MDB), because there are options on the market to suit every possible application. If you want a small and powerful board, for example, Seeed Studio’s XIAO line has you covered. But what if you want to go even smaller? That’s when the new, practically microscopic Moddo Pinch MDB enters the arena.
Pinch is tiny — really, really tiny. The board’s footprint is only slightly larger than its USB-C port. It is 10.5 × 10.9 mm and weighs only 1.1g. For comparison, the Seeed Studio XIAO SAM D21 is 21 × 17.8 mm and also weighs a little more than a gram (exact weight spec isn’t listed). Do the math on that and you’ll find that the Pinch has less than a third of the area of the XIAO.
And though the Pinch is small, it still...
