Paytm Gateway Integrates Claude via MCP for AI Payments

Paytm Payments Services Limited (PPSL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of One 97 Communications Limited, has integrated Paytm Payment Gateway with Anthropic’s Claude via MCP Connector to help businesses access authorised payment information through AI prompts. The integration brings key payment information, including transactions, payment links, refunds, settlements, subscriptions, order status and reconciliation details, into a secure AI enabled interface.

For businesses, payment information is needed across several daily workflows. Entrepreneurs need visibility on collections, finance teams need settlement and reconciliation reports, support teams need payment and refund status, and developers need secure access while building AI enabled workflows. This integration brings these checks into a conversational AI interface, helping teams reduce manual effort, lower internal follow-ups, speed up reconciliation and access relevant payment details through prompts instead of moving across multiple dashboard pages, reports or API calls.
