Optima Launches AI-Native Portfolio Management Platform for Concentrated Investors

Optima has launched an AI-native portfolio management platform that builds investment strategies around clients' existing industry and business exposure, with a new upgrade planned next month

Optima, a Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)-registered portfolio manager, has launched an AI-native portfolio management platform designed to build investment strategies around the risks already held by individual investors.

The Mumbai-based firm said its approach is aimed at investors whose wealth is concentrated in a particular industry or business. Instead of treating a client's existing exposure separately from their investment portfolio, Optima said it maps the risk and builds a portfolio designed around it.

The company said its technology combines systematic portfolio optimisation, trade execution, and client services into a single AI-native system. It is designed to respond to changing portfolio conditions in real time, while an upgraded version of the platform is scheduled to roll out next month.
