o9 Solutions Names Krishnakumar Kulankara As COO To Drive APEX Expansion
o9 Solutions has appointed Krishnakumar Kulankara as Chief Operating Officer (COO), placing a decade-long company veteran at the centre of its efforts to scale a new approach to enterprise planning and execution.
Kulankara has spent more than 10 years at o9, working across delivery, product, go-to-market, and business transformation. In his new role, he will focus on the operational changes needed to support the adoption of o9’s APEX Model, which stands for Agile, Adaptive, Autonomous Planning & Execution.
The appointment comes as o9 looks to move beyond the technology layer of enterprise planning. The company argues that improving planning and decision-making alone is not enough to drive sustained transformation. Organisational structures, business processes, employee capabilities, and data also need to evolve as enterprises adopt AI-driven ways of working.
