Nucleus Software Names Banking Tech Veteran Bhavit Godiwala as CCSO
Nucleus Software has appointed Bhavit Godiwala as its Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO), bringing nearly three decades of banking technology and digital transformation experience to the role.
Nucleus Software provides lending and transaction banking products to more than 200 banks and financial institutions across 50 countries. Based in Noida, the company said Godiwala will lead its global Customer Success organization, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships, improving delivery excellence, accelerating value realization, and helping financial institutions navigate increasingly digital and AI-driven operating environments.
The appointment comes as banks and financial institutions globally increase investments in artificial intelligence (AI), cloud adoption, digital lending platforms, transaction banking modernization, and intelligent customer experiences.
