Newgen Software Technologies Limited has announced a new executive structure as it prepares for its next phase of global expansion and AI-led enterprise transformation.

The company has appointed Tarun Nandwani, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Newgen Software Technologies Limited, effective August 1, 2026. It has also created a new executive position of Chief Growth Officer (CGO), appointing Pramod Kumar, Chief Growth Officer, Newgen Software Technologies Limited, to lead its global growth strategy.

The appointments follow the previously announced resignation of Virender Jeet and are intended to ensure leadership continuity while supporting the company's expansion across international markets.
