There is plenty of talk about AI alignment, but what about aligning the humans building it? The XPRIZE philanthropic foundation has begun working with Cambridge Consultants to craft better incentives and the culture needed to cultivate human flourishing.
AI alignment has turned into a political hot button this week as major AI labs come to terms with growing backlash from all sides. Until recently, it seemed preposterous to suggest that some of the loudest voices on the left and right, like Bernie Sanders and Steve Bannon, would ever come together on any issue.
