Natixis Expands India-Portugal Leadership Model With Etienne Huret
Natixis has expanded Etienne Huret’s responsibilities to include leadership of its Expertise Centers in India and Portugal, bringing its teams in Bangalore, Porto, and Lisbon under a common leadership structure. The move is aimed at improving coordination, knowledge sharing, and consistency across the three locations.
Huret will oversee the Expertise Centers as Natixis seeks to strengthen collaboration between its India and Portugal operations. The model is expected to support shared ways of working while accounting for the operational requirements of each market.
“This new responsibility represents an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the two centers of expertise, bring teams closer together, and foster greater knowledge sharing in support of Groupe BPCE’s global needs. The challenge is to ensure effective coordination across geographies and teams while respecting the reality of each market and promoting more integrated and consistent ways of working, focused on creating value for the Groupe,” said Etienne Huret.
