Mowito Raises $3 Million To Scale Physical AI For Manufacturing

Bengaluru-based robotics startup Mowito has raised $3 million (about ₹28.6 crore) in a pre-seed funding round as it looks to expand its physical artificial intelligence (AI) platform into the US and accelerate deployments across automotive and electronics manufacturing.

The round was led by Version One Ventures, with participation from All In Capital, Unisol, and iSeed. Angel investors including Soumith Chintala, Chief Technology Officer, Thinking Machines Lab; Adarsh Kulkarni, Founder and CEO, Foundry Robotics; Ashish Kulkarni, Co-founder and CEO, Coformer.ai; and Vaibhav Domkundwar, Founder and CEO, Better Capital, also participated.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the company's engineering and go-to-market teams, expand its US operations, and scale customer deployments while advancing its physical AI platform.
