Midjourney Aims To Build A Full Body Scanner To Create Digital Twins
Midjourney, the company best known for conjuring surreal artwork out of text prompts using AI, is making a hard turn into healthcare with a new division it calls Midjourney Medical. The new division is built around a full-body imaging machine that aims to scan a person in about 60 seconds and hand back a detailed map of the muscle, fat, bone, and organs inside. If a person runs those scans regularly, the company says they will build what it describes as a continuously updated digital twin of the body that tracks how it changes over time.
