Meesho Partners With BSE To Provide Structured IPO Support For MSMEs
Meesho has partnered with BSE to launch Project Shikhar, an initiative that aims to help high-performing independent e-commerce sellers on its platform transition into formally listed entities on the BSE SME platform. The partnership was formalised through an MoU signed in Mumbai on June 2, 2026, in the presence of Ms Lopamudra Rao, Head of Corporate Affairs, Meesho, and Shri Sundararaman Ramamurthy, MD & CEO, BSE.
The programme provides structured support across key IPO readiness milestones, including compliance, financial transparency, corporate governance, and investor presentation. It does not guarantee listing but builds a pipeline of sellers prepared for the regulatory and due diligence requirements of going public.
