Mahindra Finance And Sarvam Take Voice AI Into Core Operations
Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has expanded collaboration with Sarvam and now uses voice AI across sales, collections, and employee engagement, with voice agents operating in 12 Indian languages.
The companies said the deployment has completed more than one crore calls to date.
The technology is no longer being positioned only as a customer-contact tool. Mahindra Finance is connecting voice interactions with its sales and collections processes while also using the technology to gather feedback from employees working in the field.
The expanded collaboration was announced at Global Fintech Fest 2026 on September 10.
From Calling Customers To Running Campaigns
The more interesting part of the deployment sits behind the calls themselves. Mahindra AI has combined Sarvam's voice agents with in-house machine learning models to run sales and collections campaigns. The machine learning models identify customers and opportunities, while the voice agents turn those predictions into conversations.
