Embedded and hobbyist electronics specialist M5Stack has announced the StopWatch Dev Kit, which puts an Espressif ESP32-S3R8 microcontroller behind a circular full-color AMOLED display — complete with battery for use on-the-go.

"StopWatch is a round AMOLED touch development board designed for portable and interactive scenarios," M5Stack explains of the device. "Together with the M5PM1 multi-level power management system and a 450mAh battery, it can meet diverse development needs such as portable smart control, wearable human-machine interaction, and lightweight IoT [Internet of Things] terminals. Applications [include] portable smart devices, electronic badges, [and] lightweight IoT terminals."
